Step 1: Discovery Call

A 30-minute conversation to understand your current data landscape, what is working, what is not, and what decisions you wish you could make but cannot today. No commitment, no pitch deck.

Step 2: Discovery Engagement

A structured 2–4 week engagement where we interview stakeholders, audit your current data sources, and produce a Functional Specification — a plain-language document that defines exactly what we will build, how it connects, and what you will be able to measure. You review it, we refine it, and it becomes the blueprint.

Step 3: Scoped Proposal

Based on the Functional Spec, we deliver a fixed-scope proposal with clear milestones, costs, and timeline. No surprises. You see every deliverable before signing.

Step 4: Build and Iterate

We build in thin vertical slices — delivering working components every 1–2 weeks rather than disappearing for months. You see real progress, give feedback early, and course-correct before it is expensive to change.

Step 5: Launch and Stabilize

We deploy in two phases: a controlled launch with your power users, then a full rollout with training. We monitor adoption for 30 days to make sure people are actually using what we built — not just that it works technically.

Step 6: Ongoing Support

After stabilization, you choose your support model: a monthly retainer for continuous improvements, a hybrid bank of hours, or a handoff to your internal team with full documentation. We do not lock you in.
